The club is a forum for collective reading, reflection, dialogue and translation in the fields of humanities and social sciences, seeking to build a community of readers, critics and translators.
The most prominent axes of his work:
Reading and analyzing specialized texts, and identifying the terms and concepts articulated in the humanities and social sciences. Translation to and from Arabic, discussing the problems of academic terminology and modern translation methods. Introducing the Center's books, publications and periodicals. Introducing African studies, its media and issues.
Scientific workshops that combine presentation, analysis, discussion and translation.
